Clogging the Tunnels

Some time after the large sweep that ended in the abrupt victory their forces moved on the next target. A planet already ravaged by invasions, however it still thrived. It was a planet that is a lost city according to legends of a world they believed never even existed. Whenever they spoke of such a world every else rolled their eyes in disbelief. That world was not on their charters. Although they still fought using melee weapons at times their technology was at a high advanced stage. Most of the buildings resembled a mix of modern, and medieval. Although the IGA required members to send troops to the aid of other worlds their forces needed to rest. Just a small force was sent to aid the next target.

That target was already overwhelmed with crime, rape, murders, enslavement, and raids. Most of the crime was cleared thanks to individuals from that one world deemed non-existent. For several years they have been sent in disguise and as hired killers to eradicate crooks, rapists, and thugs of this world. Now the enemy was at the main city's doorstep. All of its Watch and Military Forces were at the front lines. It left all the police who are women to defend the city itself. Thanks to the mysterious individuals the police could breath a little. An agent named Mockshah was cornered by his Lord Commander Bob Denson for a special mission.

"Mockshah come here." Bob ordered a young human who was about to put on his combat armor.

"Yes sir what is it?" Mockshah responded with a rogue like tone. He was still young and had been fighting this war since he was 4 years old. Monsters, bounty hunters, mutations, and others had gone after him all his life. Mockshah was from that world that did not exist according to charters. Yet he showed greater intelligence than most. Every time he did a mission he would either have it erased or his mind would play tricks on him making it look like it was all in his head.

"Soldiers from your world and another world like yours are coming here. The Crusaders are marshaling." Bob said to him ignoring the roguish attitude.

"Good let them light up Atlantis for us with their bombs, and automatic weapons." He said with a grin on his face.

"You are needed for something else. The inner-circle of command wants you to go in and act as a spy or one of them, cause mischief or spy on them if you wish." Bob said to him.

"Even though I will never remember a Zeus damned thing?" Mockshah replied to him now taking off the armor. "What should I go as?"

"A humanoid of some sorts." Bob said to him looking at the smaller version of himself. They looked just like each other. However Bob was taller and bigger than Mockshah. He also had a tail like a monkey whereas Mockshah had no tail just a hairy body and shaggy hair.

"Let me think." Mockshah said tapping his finger on his head and placed a hand on his chin. For several moments he thought in his head. "Aha! Boromir I have it! You guys can transform me into one of those orcs from that trilogy!"

"Where are you going with this Steve?" Boromir asked using Mockshah's real name.

"I can become an overseer or at least fake one and lure them away or into a trap!" Mockshah said with that sadistic look and crazy in his eyes.

"Okay Mockshah we'll do that." Bob agreed seeing there was no way he could talk him out of this. This human was an architect mastermind who admits he was not the brightest or the sharpest in the universe. Bob and his wife wanted to hit him for saying that about himself.

He led the human over to the purple skinned woman who can transform anyone to anything. She sat on a chair wearing a blue Sunday dress that made her appear tiny. Sandra was her name and she was no way part of the inner-circle what so ever.

"Ahem, um Sandra. Could you transform Mockshah into what ever orc he is thinking of?" Bob asked nicely hoping she would agree. There was no time for that they usually did to transform someone.

"Sure thing." She said then flicked a finger and Mockshah was transformed into that one orc he was thinking of.

"Well then looks like the scum will move along!" Mockshah growled in that rough voice. This made Bob laugh and Sandra just rolled her eyes.

Within moments the two of them raced to a speeder which appeared more like a damaged engine with fins. Yet it was too long to be considered an engine of any vehicles here. Both humanoids rode on the closest speeder. Bob drove with Mockshah holding on. At the fastest setting he made his way over the rubble, and landscape to the enemy's location. Using a cloaking device he was able to smuggle his small human ally to the horde of mutations and various humanoids. Mockshah immediately sprang into action taking out a whip. He found a group of half starved horde soldiers and began herding them towards the Atlantis Wall.

"To the gates you scum, move it, move it!" Mockshah roared at the horde of soldiers who obeyed his command. Bob watched in amusement as he took control over a probe that watches over Mockshah. He took a seat to watch this human fool an entire horde.

Many of the soldiers that formed the horde of the Oligarchy of Warlords were mutations and various types of spawn. Among them were many humanoid creatures of mythology. To Mockshah's world these creatures did not exist. Amused by this human's ability Bob sat on the seat of the speeder trying not to laugh.

"To those tunnels you disgusting slugs!" Mockshah yelled cracking his whip above their heads. Through the screen Boromir saw there were creatures the size of houses, and fat ones that could barely fit through a gate. Pushing them to move were overseers that looked like that one orc Mockshah portrayed. None of that made sense yet this was in a different part of the universe. He took this opportunity to contact the human using communication that was wired in his ear.

"Okay Mockshah this is going to sound crazy, but your supposed to be the overseer of those larger beasts." Bob said knowing the human would actually call bull crap on.

"That is bullshit!" Mockshah replied moving away from the thick line of mutants after being pushed away by another larger overseer. He turned his head and saw those large beasts.

"Good God Man! Those are some fat big ones! Okay I'll see what I can do." Mockshah said before switching it off.

Bob watched the human make his way to the large house sized monsters with big bellies and stubby arms. These things moved with a slow stride yet they still got to their destination. He watched his friend pull rank on an overseer then began moving to the back. Whatever he was doing it worked because he kicked the living daylights out of one overseer. He then barked out orders for the rest to move the largest ones through the tunnels first. As an orc he claimed it would demoralize the defenders if those things went first. Sure enough all the overseers stopped their units to allow the bigger ones to move in first. Just bellow the main walls were several large tunnels large enough for a castle to fit through. Mockshah the Overseer cracked his whip to move all the house sized monsters through these tunnels first. To his surprise no other commander even called him out.

"Get these pot bellied monsters over to the tunnels!" Mockshah yelled cracking his whip.

"I don't care if they are huge just get them in there that city falls today!" Mockshah yelled at one mutant who tried to object to his commands.

Among the forces that were already pouring in the tunnels these large beasts moved towards the main attraction. Arrows, and bullets rained down on them taking out thousands at a time. There were hardly any defenders on the ground which would end with a massacre. If they were on the ground the Atlantis troops would be overwhelmed and slaughtered. Numbers was what the mutated hordes relied on the most to win their battles. Half the time it worked on the field and in sieges. Other times the strategies flopped on their faces resulting in staggering losses. Mockshah kept at it with the whipping until he picked up a pike and poked the large beasts in the ass to get them to move faster. Having all the house sized fat monsters all together caused a disruption in the ranks. Many of them were smashed into a bloody jelly, other crushed into the ground. Some of them even left heaps or streaks of manure for the rest to step in, move around or climb over because of how crowded it was. Many of the mutations were pushed into the heaps while others slipped and fell. Mockshah was on the side of the huge monstrosities. He avoided the heaps and streaks of dung.

In the tunnels the human orc pressed the huge beasts into a passage with many other tunnels that branched off like roots. He pressed the big ones further down the biggest tunnels and passageways. Like a cattle herder he brought the horde of fat monsters through feeling like he was the enemy now. For what felt like a few hours the small human was able to get the huge beasts to a tunnel system that was too narrow or had ceilings way too low for the monsters to fit through. One by one the monsters got stuck and could not move with more of the smaller ones getting through. When the last ones appeared to be stuck he decided to make a run for it. He looked up at the ceilings and found a nice path to climb back up to the surface.
