His own parents allowed him to ride the scaled fat beast for a certain amount of time. It annoyed him throughout his years as a child. Every time he wanted to ride the horse sized lizard his father called him off after ten minutes. Its true name was "Imperial Wood Drake" a type of reptile often used as mounts. All sorts of nations across this world rode a certain type of large reptile, Dragon, beast, steed, ass, and large feline mammals. His childhood was full of play with other children, siblings, cousins, neighbors, playmates, and what his mother called preparation. When he grew to the age of six or seven, he was trained how to fight with various weapons. Warfare came to him as a self-learning experience by age thirteen. Riding his own Imperial Wood Drake, "Handsome One" Eburo Ridierson fought to defend his enclave among enclaves next to clansmen. Along the rivers, streams, and the islets in the flowing waters they called Qreelia's Fingers. The islands served as a means to cross with bridges connecting each one to the riverbanks. Armed with a War Lance for charges, cudgel, bow and arrows, hatchet, tribal knife, and a war-pick some clansman gave him, Eburo rode with other Drake Lizard riders to war against the Nuckelavee Spawns, Antler Beasts who eat humans, Ogres, and hoof Demons.
In groups of ten Eburo and his tribesmen skirmished down the invading forces with arrows. That usually occurred whenever demands to leave by the Elders and Chiefs were refused or ignored. His was one of nine small war parties set out to test the enemy's strength. Then his war party would charge them with lances and run into the woods luring as many as they could to the main body of their defenders. Dressed in a tribal tunic, riding trousers, and a shawl Eburo recalled the battles he had fought in until he reached the age of twenty-seven. His shawl was long and big enough to be used as a hood and wrap around him. All he showed were his eyes hiding his black ash covered lips as a mark of his enclave, and scars his Master's put on his chin. The hood hid his half shaven head with valuable trinkets at the end his hair, which were trophies from those he defeated.
