Rednight Fangsir is a city-state full of Dark Elves who left the old ways. Through banishment, desertion, or simply seen as too weak for death Rednight Fangsir Dark Elves flocked to a certain bay against the mountains. It was where vampires once dwelt during early stages of civilization. Caught between the Unknown Lands, and the country of Eoth Redmight Fangsir managed on its own.
