He was barefoot in the garden when Carol finally found Virgos. He
walked up and down the rows of flowers quietly as Carol silently moved closer. By
the time he finally realized she was there, it was too late. She fired the
first shot into his side. Carol stood there, breathing heavily with the pistol in her hands.
Her target bled all over the garden. He was still alive, kneeling on the ground
looking up at her. The same man who ruined her life, cowered before her like a
wounded animal. Her acquaintances had given her a perfect target. This was the
same man she watched murder her parents, brothers and sisters. There was much
anger within her. Memories of her own
parents burning alive flashed into her mind. Horrid memories of her siblings
being shot dead appeared in her thoughts. Through rage she fired the rest of
the rounds into the murderer’s body. When she emptied it the man's body
collapsed onto the flowers he was bleeding on. He died slowly for justice had
rained down on the cruel one.
