Elven City States within the V.U.V.R.

 

In the Western part of member state of the VUVR's Naatidra a few elven city states joined together prior to the formation of the current power that controls Vestrisia and Ottante.

Another nation along the southern border of the Nevoran Federation. Zemat once owned a piece of land called Zeavin. Its loss left the Zallic state more divided. Zemat was more of an oligarchy that is steering towards autocracy. It is possible this state could unite with the state of Zaul.
